Dust De-bonding for PHE, Evaporator, Condenser Coils
EvaCon CL is blend of speciality cleaners with stable combination of dispersant with Silver (Ag) ions having surface loosening agent, penetrating agent and many other additives, made to clean efficiently on oxide, dirts, muds, lubricants, scales, rust bacterial, viral and fungal deposits, which on regular cleaning by EvaCon CL, will maintain constant temperature, improve airflow, reduced power consumption and resulted smooth running of compressor and extend the life of costly parts.
This synergistic combination is so effective it breaks the surface tensions of various types of organic & inorganic deposited impurities on the coil fins and de bond them facilitating their easy removal without affecting the metal surface.

Main problems associated with Thermopack systems is high temperature cracking of Hytherm Oil due to continuous heating. This cracking over a period of time leads to film formation on the inner side of tubes hampering heat transfer and resulting into energy loss plus higher production time. Keeping working parameters of Thermopack system in mind, we have developed an oil based formulation
